Newsflash is LSU’s premier news show, featuring major events from across the town and campus, throughout the year. As LSUTV Head of News, this show is my main remit alongside Elections coverage, and for the last two years I have directed or presented the majority of the shows, producing all.
In the middle of the 2017-18 academic year, the UCU held a ballot and voted for strike action. In this newsflash, I present what has happened to students and staff over the previous week of strike action. (NaSTA Award Nominated)

In late 2018, it was announced that the Student Union’s Executive Team was to be restructured. In this news broadcast, I outline what has happened and what will be happening in the upcoming election period.
